The vision of AMCSD is to both strengthen the American economy and close the remaining ethnicity-based business ownership gaps left behind by institutional “roadblocks”. Our vision consists of a 4 step plan for creating a successful and sustainable minority ecosystem modeled after sustainability and development goals for 3rd world nations:
Sharing resources - Financial, educational and technological
Promoting education in Tech-based business - Tech incubator with both University and Corporate sponsor led classes
Empowering disadvantaged minority groups - creating more opportunity for employment within their own communities from among their own ranks
Creating a network - Thousands of firms harnessing the same technology, alumni of the same incubator, and a stronger-together methodology that helps us climb out the ranks of a sole proprietorship, while simultaneously allowing minorities to bring wealth and employment opportunity back in their communities.
